“I'm currently writing this review on the gaming pc that Miklos fixed for me. I brought it in and he told me what was up. Turns out I bricked my motherboard after a bad BIOS flashback I attempted. Luckily he had an extra board on him for a price, but I was fine with that since I would have had to buy a new motherboard anyway. Plus it was the same price as my bricked mobo. Brother was quick with fixing everything too. From installing a new OS to my M.2 SSD, installing drivers, and rebuilding my PC with the new motherboard all within a day. He went from telling me, "I should have a quote by tomorrow" to "I can get this ready by tomorrow." Miklos is also a really cool guy to talk to. We talked a lot about cars and many other things while I was there. He even made some suggestions for me about upgrades and advice on building so I don't make the same mistake again. If you need help with your personal setup this place will always be the right choice.“

They were able to have it totly fixed for about $100 within a week.Went here to upgrade said laptop later (add RAM, a bigger SSD, and a better graphics card). “I happened upon this business quite by accident. I was in the area patronizing a completely different business in the same strip mall when I noticed Rocketman. Given that I was in the market for a new laptop for my son, I ventured inside and discovered that there were several refurbished devices for sale.I purchased one for my son and was excited when I presented it to him later that evening. My happiness was short-lived, however, when my son informed me that, while the device worked perfectly, he was rejecting it because it was too large. I felt certain that I was then going to be stuck with an otherwise good device that was nevertheless just going to be collecting dust. I packed it back up and went back to the store hoping against hope that I could somehow exchange it. I was overjoyed when the owner heard my explanation and cheerfully exchanged my purchase. He was thoroughly gracious and my son and I could not be happier about our new, smaller laptop!“

Ever since, I only rely on A Better Computer Doctor for all my electronic issues. Mary is a sweetheart and absolutely delightful disposition, not to mention her professionality. One extremely important aspect of A Better Computer Doctor is that Ryan doesn't do 'guess work'; he knows what he's doing. Then, I moved to Paradise and decided that if I'm gonna live in the boondocks with the bears, deer, bobcats and big cats, I better get a very good computer system with all the best quality insides: best graphic card, sound card, RAM, high speed, etc. I gave Ryan and Mary a budget number. Ryan drove from Sacramento to my place in Paradise. I couldn't believe it. Now, he does 'remotes' to maintain the system. It's almost impossible to trust anyone out there with what you own.
