“Been here twice now and this guy is solid. I’m a programmer but I don’t know much about hardware repairs or operating system troubleshooting. So when YouTube and Google fail me I’m out of luck. First time I had an issue with my laptop freezing, turned out to be a driver issue with a MIDI controller that I use. Second time, I had to bring the same laptop in because of a broken hinge on screen and he got it done before the weekend even though I was made aware it would likely not be done until after.“
