Skyline Design Build Inc
“We recently completed a major renovation with Skyline Design Build Inc, including a full interior remodel, electrical and plumbing upgrades, roofing work, some wall re-configurations, complete updates to all bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces, as well as a new TimberTech deck. We couldn't be happier with the result.
From the very beginning, Skyline earned our confidence. We first worked with Zak during the home-buying process, where he provided valuable input and ideas that helped us evaluate the property and envision its potential. That early partnership gave us confidence that we had the right team for such a significant project.
During the design and planning phase, Zak, Isabella, and Oleg worked closely with us to bring our vision to life. The team was transparent about costs, timelines, and tradeoffs, helping us make informed decisions throughout the process. Their collaborative approach made the design phase both productive and enjoyable.
Once construction began, Val was an outstanding project manager. He communicated with us regularly, provided weekly updates, and was proactive about addressing questions, progress, and any issues that arose. For a project of this scale, the timeline and budget remained remarkably close to expectations, which we greatly appreciated.
The quality of work from Skyline and their subcontractors has been excellent. We have been especially impressed with the cabinetry, countertops, and paint work, all of which exceeded our expectations. Attention to detail was evident throughout the project.
After we moved in, there were naturally a handful of small items that needed adjustment or follow-up. Val and the Skyline team have been responsive, accommodating, and timely in addressing those items, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Most importantly, Skyline made what could have been a stressful renovation feel smooth and even fun. They were trustworthy, communicative, and genuinely invested in helping us turn our vision into reality. We highly recommend Skyline Build & Design to anyone considering a renovation project and would gladly work with them again.”
