“These guys did an amazing job! Our kitchen looks so beautiful, it's even better in real life than in the catalog. The cabinets are all perfect! The whole remodeling (demolishing and installation) was done fast, efficient, clean. There was not a speck of dust near the kitchen! We were impressed how professional the whole process went. Before we started remodeling, we were prepared for a month or even longer period of inconvenience but it did not happen! The whole process (with the cabinets) took three and a half days! “In all honesty I hate doing reviews (even bad reviews!) because they lead to tons of nonstop crap in my email. However, I want to give a shout out to Furniture Medic Rancho Cordova! Mat, Russell, Roxanne & everyone were helpful throughout the process! A very special thanks for JED for doing such an awesome job refinishing this table, which has been in my family for over 60 years. The table had severe water damage and more, but you cannot tell now! “Before embarking on our bathroom remodel project (replacing tub with a shower stall), I asked around and did some research. It was a busy time for contractors - some wouldn't even give us a bid. After a few calls, we found three who were willing to talk with us and give us a bid for our job.I must say that I was a bit skeptical initially of just how glowing the reviews were for Bradley Builders. Having been through remodels and heard the remodel horror stories of others, it seems that things rarely go that smoothly. But from the very beginning to the very end, it was truly a pleasure to work with the Bradley Builders team. During our initial consultation with JT, he made several recommendations about details of our project that told me he understood what we needed. He was honest about explaining the timeline in terms of how long things would likely take before they were able to start the project. Note - they don't do the design, but have suggestions on designers they have worked with, if you need.While their bid was higher than the other two we received, it was more detailed and we felt was a more honest representation of what we would end up paying for the project. The other two bids were more vague in areas, making it harder to know what things would cost when we actually got started on the project.They were communicative throughout the project. They provided an accurate timeline that had some buffers in it (i.e., they weren't scheduled to be there every day), so that if a particular individual wasn't available on the originally scheduled day, it didn't throw off the entire project schedule. KC, Lowell and all of the subcontractors on the job were good to work with. They were happy to answer our questions and did very good work. We had one small issue with the accent tile (caused by the manufacturer, not the installer). JT paid for an extra tile cleaner to come out and see if they could fix the issue, which they were able to do. We appreciate this extra step to help us resolve an issue that wasn't their fault. So as skeptical as I was in the beginning, now I understand why the reviews for Bradley Builders were so glowing... and have now written one of my own. :-)“

“We hired Perryman painting to paint our kitchen cabinets and our mantle. They did an excellent job. There was great communication from beginning to end. When setting up the job, they were very conscientious about our needs and desired outcomes. They helped with choosing paint color, having a shop match the paint exactly, and they followed through on all of their promises and guarantees. The gentleman, Joe, who painted the cabinets, was very good. He was careful to protect the house with its new wood floors from damage and paint, he sealed off a tented area around the cabinets where he could work, he did a professional job. Joe showed up when he said he would and he did the work just as we liked. I would recommend this company for your home improvement project. A very trustworthy company.“

The vanity was very well made with real wood, not particle board. The drawers were dove-tailed and are very sturdy.
