James was the best! He explained everything thoroughly and in a way me and my elderly mother could understand. She's 90 years old and on a very limited income. James went above and beyond to make the repairs affordable. I also need to acknowledge and thank the owner for waving the cost of labor, you made an old woman happy. James is not the first person I've encountered with this company, each and every one has been a joy to deal with.
