We just got our new roof on and wow what a fantastic job they did. I have to say we got a couple bids, and Gil (owner) came out and went over everything with us. He took the time to explain other items we should replace on our roof as well. They were neat and cleaned up every day. The team was very professional. Lilia even let us know were we could go to see the different types of roof and color selections which helped a lot. Lilia & was there to answer any questions we had as well. Great team. Gil from Golden Roofing has done multiple roofing and gutter jobs for me and my family over many years. He does not have a well-rehearsed sales pitch. He does not wear a uniform. He does not come with an ipad or flashy, new trucks. He does know roofs and his pricing is fair for his quality of work and warranty. His work passes inspection from the toughest of city inspectors. Got 3 bids , they where the lowest . Also they guarantee their work for 10 years where the other contractors only guarantee there's for 5 . Also any repair work needed to the rafters or eaves , their shop rate was half the cost of the other 2 contractors. All in all they did a good job .
