I am constantly traveling and staying in hotels so I use fluff and fold services often and I have never had such an outstanding experience. The man who I assume is the owner came out to my car with a cart to grab all my laundry. He was incredibly polite, kind and efficient. I dropped off in the morning and my laundry was ready the next afternoon. When I picked up the woman behind the counter immediately knew who I was and grabbed my dry cleaned sweater and the man brought all my laundry out to the car with the cart. Again amazing and efficient service. I am super picky with smells and cleanliness and I can honestly say I have never experienced such high quality cleaning....read full review

We moved to Newport Beach in May, for my husbands job. We picked VIP Cleaners because it was close by. The owner worked out a pick up and delivery schedule that fit our needs and is faithful twice per week. My husband told me this is the best cleaner he has ever had and he has been using dry cleaning for 30 years!
