It was as if someone took the dress and dragged it across a dirty floor. “I am constantly traveling and staying in hotels so I use fluff and fold services often and I have never had such an outstanding experience. The man who I assume is the owner came out to my car with a cart to grab all my laundry. He was incredibly polite, kind and efficient. I dropped off in the morning and my laundry was ready the next afternoon. When I picked up the woman behind the counter immediately knew who I was and grabbed my dry cleaned sweater and the man brought all my laundry out to the car with the cart. Again amazing and efficient service. I am super picky with smells and cleanliness and I can honestly say I have never experienced such high quality cleaning. Everything looks and smells so fresh and clean! They also gave me a bottle of wine for the holiday which was above and beyond. I will be a repeat customer solely based off of the quality of their work it's just an added bonus that they are great people. Highly recommend.“
