Tyler is an excellent trainer, and The Perfect Workout truly lives up to its name. The short, focused sessions are incredibly effective, and what sets this place apart is the precision and attention to form. Tyler has a keen eye and makes small corrections that make a big difference in both results and safety. Every workout feels intentional, challenging, and tailored to me. Highly recommend Tyler and The Perfect Workout for anyone looking for efficient, results-driven strength training.
I love doing Perfect Workout! I've worked all my adult life everything Pilates, weight training, Pure Barre, The Barre, and other boutique type training. Perfect Workout has given me my best results non injury and redefined my body more than any 5-6 days a week training I had been doing. My trainer Michael is outstanding understands when to push me and he knows my goals. I highly recommend Perfect Workout to anyone.
I have been working out at The Perfect Workout Newport for several years. It has helped with my osteoporosis, strength, balance, and general well being. The staff is GREAT, with caring personal service. Highly recommended to everyone who can fit it in their budget!!
