Elsie is amazing! She’s extremely knowledgeable and caring. I’d been shedding due to a medication side effect, and after 4 PRP treatments, my shedding has nearly stopped completely and new baby hairs are growing in. If you’re at the beginning of this process, be patient with yourself. It takes time, but this procedure works. I’m so grateful for the results I’ve already seen, and I still have two sessions remaining in the standard recommended course. I was visiting my family in Dana Point for the summer. My partner, Robert and I found The Queen of Scalp, Elsie on Yelp & we did more research on Google, just to be sure. Her before and after pictures look more authentic than others. We booked our appointments for the in-person consultation, after a brief chat over the phone. Happy to get to see her while she is in Newport Beach. We liked that it’s a medical clinic with a doctor present in there. The clinic is next to Hoag Hospital. It’s in a medical building on Superior Avenue. We actually booked our Botox to be done by the doctor too. We chatted with another client of hers, waiting at the lounge who shared that Elsie is top tier for Scalp Micropigmentation and for Hair PRP therapy. The lady drove in from San Diego. We like how passionate Elsie is about many things especially in health and wellness, how transparent she is, on what she can and cannot do for Robert’s hair, how she did not pressure us to choose her clinic. Her expertise and attention to details delivers natural SMP results, and my now glowing skin too, boosting both our self-confidence. Rob and I are very pleased with our experience.
