I have been a client of Dr. Nasser at Renew Medical since 2018, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Botox treatments. Even after moving away from Newport Beach, I still drive 4 hours just to be treated by him — that’s how confident I am in his work. His technique is incredibly precise and always delivers natural, beautiful results. He listens carefully, explains every step, and makes the entire experience comfortable and professional. After so many years, I can truly say his work is exceptional. Highly recommended!

This was my first time getting laser hair removal, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I was a little nervous at first, but Addy and Maria made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. The treatment itself was quick and surprisingly painless—just a slight snap feeling that was totally manageable.
The clinic was super clean, and Maria was both professional and friendly. She walked me through the process step-by-step and answered all my questions, which really helped ease my anxiety. I already see smoother skin after just one session and can’t wait to come back for the next!
Highly recommend Renew Medical Center to anyone considering laser hair removal, especially if it’s your first time!

I’ve been coming to Renew Medical Center for a few months now for hair removal and it is great! Affordable and I can really see the difference. I originally just signed up for lower legs, but after seeing the progress within a couple of sessions I decided to add armpits too. Everyone is super nice and I appreciate how thorough they are. I previously received hair removal treatments in other areas at different centers (Sev and New Look Skin Center) and the person that treats me here seems much more meticulous so I appreciate that. I just wish that they would have some disposable razors in case you missed a spot when coming in

The doctor was rushed and not listening to my requests or concerns. Upselling and I was uncomfortable. Price is good but I would rather pay more for a more skilled injector who listens. Office was clean and prompt but I'll take a pass next time.

The front desk receptionist who goes by Danielle was extremely rude and patronizing to my cousin! I was planning on coming here but it made her feel really uncomfortable and she doesn't want to return to this office. I am really disappointed because she actually really liked her results but the front office staff was so rude! This type of behavior is not ok to PAYING customers. Don't work in customer service if you don't like customers!

I know every body is different, but I saw almost no difference after 9 sessions of hair removal. I bought 6 sessions and towards the end I expressed I wasn’t see much of a difference. I was told to try a few more. I bought 3 more and upon my first of the three, I had a new nurse that told me about a different laser (not available at their shop) for type 1 skin that would work better and I should try that next. I am very noticeably type 1/ type 2 without a doubt. As nice as the staff was, I felt this information could have been told sooner so I didn’t waste more money at this place. After all the pain of 9 sessions, I’d say I have about a 10 percent reduction in hair.
