Quest Real Estate Services is a scam. Dana Gaul set up a showing for a property and then never showed up! Completely unprofessional and I feel bad for anyone who tries to use him or his fake company.

Worst possible broker service I’ve ever had to deal with. Barely any communication whatsoever, dragged into a month long application process involving fees. The broker takes several days or weeks to respond to emails, which are single sentences consisting of only a few words, with no header or thank you. Information they give is ambiguous and misleading. I can’t imagine anyone paying for this service, I genuinely feel bad if they do.

Not sure this is an actual business, perhaps someone trying to rent properties out of his basement with a virtual business. Bad customer service, does not know the first thing about running a business.
