I received Botox today and I am so happy with the entire experience! I went to a place for years because I was nervous to go anywhere else, so I tried Pure Beauty and they did phenomenal job, exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be back.

I wanted to try to medical spa in OC and they said they were having a "deal" so I went in for Botox. The promotion said Botox 11 dollars. They then convinced me to get chin filler and assumed I would need 4 syringes and charged me before even doing anything to my face. They charged me over 4k and the physician assistant injected 3/4 syringes into my chin. They then decided that I will keep what I didn't need and assume I will use later. I then found out most people only put 1 to 2 syringes in their chin. They over filled my chin and I now have an under bite and for the first time ever my Botox brow lift was completely uneven. One brow was higher than the other. I also started to see black speckles, while they were injected my face and have had blurry vision for the first time ever since. I was totally scammed and then find out they charged me full price for everything and then added a discount to the full price to trick you into paying more than what is being promoted. This place needs to charge what they say and not charge until procedure is complete. And also get more training. I have never experienced this before and will never go back. Please be aware of this if you decide to go to this place.

I live in the high desert and I googled places that do filler and laser peels. I have been to these places before so I assumed the prices were the same as the others .I just was 6 months out from a lower facelift,they knew and they put so much Sculptra in my chin, it ruined a $40,000 facelift.While they were poking me with that Sculptra they took my credit card ,they said it wasn't working so I gave them another card. They made no mention of the price ..I didn't want to go back even though the woman that work there are so sweet! When I got home I looked at my statement and just about puked. I was charged almost $20,000 .They put no refunds on the credit statement,I had a sick feeling like I was scammed.I thought I might as well use what bought.They filled my cheeks but they knew I really wanted my eyes filled.The woman from the front desk came in and asked for my credit card ,she said I didn't pay enough to finish my eyes? I was in shock and leaving for my Step daughter's bridal shower. If anyone else who may have been scammed you can join my lawsuit and find a few others who were burnt. Class action lawsuit! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO FLUSH YOUR MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN! I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY GET AWAY WITH CHARGING people $20,000 and not refund me .They claim I used all of the treatments,a Big fat lie! They charged my one card which they said wasn't working while I was getting poked .I gave them another card ,they claimed they had great deals and didn't mention price. They put no refund on the credit statement, when I saw how much they took out of my card I almost passed out. I have money but you have to be a billionaire to afford this horrible business! If anyone else has been taken advantage of place contact me .The sculptra ruined my lower facelift,$35,000 down the drain.I will happily spend as much time as Possible to have this con job closed down

I went to this place for Botox for the first time and last! I spend over 4 thousand dollars and was very disappointed of the results. They said it will take some time to see the results I waited 5 months And I still see the marks between my eyebrows so I don't recommend this place for Botox!
