I called over the weekend and left a message for them to call me Monday morning. Liz called me first thing in the morning. Vince came out and replaced the water heater. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He took the time to explained what he did and how to work the new water heater should we ever have trouble in the future. I also worked for a State Farm agent and recommended Professional Plumbing to several of my client's. I never had anything but positive remarks about them. They are the best. I highly recommend them.
