Nothing is more precious than health, and finding a very good doctor to take care of your health is so rare like winning the lottery. Dr. Zimmerman is this winning lottery ticket. She is la 'crème de la crème' in the medical community. She is an unrivaled class by herself. Over 76 years of my life I met many doctors. Some are good, but in the end you get your 10 to 20 minutes interrupted by phone calls and nurses. Then the pressure is so great to admit the next patient. This is a totally different experience. She is very thorough, caring, helpful, and extremely organized. Top that with an excellent support staff that bends backward to help the patient.I am truly impressed...read full review

My teen age daughter had a number of symptoms (rapid, weight gain, stomach pain after eating, bloating, constipation, eczema... ) for years. We looked for help with many different health practitioners. We were referred to Dr. Zimmerman and were able to get in quickly. Dr. Z immediately issued a number of tests (breath, test, fecal test, blood test, urine test) and after a full review we were able to identify and diagnose the specific cause of her problems. This is a health issue we have been dealing with for literally years. After the initial diagnosis we had to continue tweaking the medications to get it to the right levels. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Z! As a woman in her mid 50s dealing with thyroid issues and bone density loss, I was at a fork in the road between Dr. Z and my first endocrinology visit. Hands down, Dr. Z, the medical detective, won me over. She is the epitome of functional medicine.....her first step is getting to the root of the problem rather than merely treating the symptoms. What we have found through thorough blood work and various other tests, is that most of my issues are caused from poor nutrition, inflammation, and stress.
