I recently relocated from the Bay Area to Orange County, Ca. and was interested in purchasing a home. After several discouraging months of searching on my own (through real estate and social media sites), I decided my only option was to rent. BUT, one day I walked in to an Open House and met Erica Thomas, what a blessing! She ended helping me purchase my home and connected me with a great team to help with some aesthetic updates. She's extremely knowledgeable, professional and most of all easy to work with. The experience was amazing! ( I can tell you first-hand that's not always the case) I highly recommend Erica and Pacific Sotheby's.
