Guests are greeted by adorable elves and walk through an amazing portal into the North Pole, where they meet a talking reindeer and Santa himself, engaging in crafts, chatting, and playing among beautiful decorations, lights, and music. The decor creates a real-life North Pole atmosphere, making it a highly recommended holiday activity. The venue also hosts birthday parties, with children enjoying fun experiences like Mermaid Luna giving mermaid makeovers despite weather challenges, and kids smiling happily during character visits. We LOVED this place. Took our 3 year old daughter and Mermaid Kelp made it such a magical experience for her. We were only in town for a short vacation, but this was definitely the highlight of our trip. We will 100% be back next time we are in town. We did the signature mermaid experience and it was worth every penny. Can’t wait to bring her back and do it all again. Thank you for the lasting memories and making our last day of vacation so special 😊💗
Our six year old daughter LOVED her mermaid transformation! Mermaid Cleo was so fun and friendly, made the entire experience smooth and wonderful!
Never disappoints! This is by far worth every cent to watch the little girls light up with so much joy and genuine fun being a mermaid. The staff is top notch. This was our 2nd visit in 8 years and it was equally as wonderful as it was the first time.
