Amazing facility and staff!!! I recently started hyperbaric following a bowel resection surgery... not only did it help with healing surgical my wounds, but it helped with full body recovery including sleep, soreness and other gastrointestinal symptoms. I highly recommend Marvin and his staff for your needs as they are incredible accommodating and helpful.

I just finished my very first red light therapy session at O2 Health Lab in Newport Beach, and it was such an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional, and the space felt very clean and comfortable. The staff was super helpful throughout the entire visit and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, explaining the process clearly, which really put me at ease. The therapy itself was relaxing, and I noticed a real boost in my energy right away. It honestly exceeded my expectations, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again.
