The wait was short. The people were very polite. The facility is extremely clean. The MRI Technician was thorough and helped me understand everything. Anyone, who struggles with claustrophobia, needs to go to this facility and book the open machine. Let them know in advance. Its a much more bearable experience.
This was the easiest MRI ever!! Madison was my lifesaver, talked me through the process and was a total angel!! I would recommend Wave to anyone that has issues with claustrophobia. It doesn’t have to be a bad experience!
I am giving wave imaging a five star review; however, I need to tell you I was extremely angry about the overseas service that they use for scheduling appointments. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with one of these people just to schedule an appointment and then, when I showed up for the appointment, they had no record of it. I do not like wasting time. With Wave’s horrible appointment service from this overseas company, I wasted a crap load of time.
