I absolutely love LiveMetta’s small class sizes, and the simplicity of the studio. I especially enjoy the classes for their intentional practice of focusing on mind body connection, listening to your body, and pushing yourself to do the best you can while also being mindful of your restrictions. The instructors are wonderful and thorough in their instructions, and they pay attention to each of us during classes, gently reminding us to take any needed modifications or challenges if we are up for the spicier version of the workout routines!

awesome cueing by Ashley D. she anticipates form for her students and cues before we actually have to do it on every turn. She is personable and cares about body mechanics Which is important to me. The Newport studio is state of the art and beautiful. It feels like a spa inside.

Live Metta has been a wonderful studio. They are friendly, kind and super welcoming. They help with membership questions and try to be flexible and meet the needs of every client. The classes are great! They always respond to every email in a timely manner and try to make their clients happy. Good customer service is so hard to find these days and they have it!
