While some patients have experienced long wait times to see their primary care providers, they praise the exceptional care and attention provided by doctors like Dr. Le and Dr. Joseph T. Ling, who are described as superb, attentive, and helpful in referring patients to extraordinary specialists.
The wait time is terribly long to see my primary, over the phone or in the office. expect to wait 30 mins to over an hour. The only reason I give a 3 is because Dr. Le has always been on time and truly listens to my concerns. It’s crazy they cancel appointments if you are late after 15 minutes and expect patients to wait around for over an hour.
Paper EVERYWHERE!!!! If you want health care, you better follow-up yourself. I was provided referrals to other specialties, but no one ever contacted me to schedule an appointment. I was snail mailed an after visit summary for all of my Telephone/Virtual visits, even though I have a MyChart account. Why does this organization insist on sending me paper copies of what is available on my MyChart? I was able to refill and administer myself a medication after my physician discontinued it and referred me to a specialist. This feels a bit dangerous that I could so easily be noncompliant with my prescriptions. I've since switched to UCI. Much better customer service and they aren't so hellbent on sending me paper in the digital age.
Absolutely first class, from the time of my speedy check in, processing, procedure, and check out. I felt confident that I was in good hands from the administrative staff to the doctor and their assistants.
