Dr. Monica was unlike any other chiropractor I have seen. She listened to my concerns. She did an initial adjustment that was gentle but effective. She educated me of what I had and what she could do for me. I feel that my mobility will much improve with continued visits.
I am so happy to have found Dr. Monica! She is amazing at what she does- I always leave feeling great and I love that she outlined a plan for me to get out of the discomfort I have been experiencing. The office staff is so friendly and accommodating as well. I have been to many other chiropractic practices where they rush through the treatment and try to get so many people in and out which leads to longer wait times, but Alignment Studio is the total opposite. They truly try to stick to your appointment time which I appreciate!
Dr. Monica and Dr. Paul have been incredible partners in helping me recover from shoulder pain and a frozen shoulder diagnosis. When I first started treatment, my shoulder mobility was extremely limited and it was impacting both my daily life and my performance in the gym.
Over the course of several months, I saw them twice a week. From the beginning, they took the time to thoroughly understand what was going on with my shoulder and my overall alignment. Their approach was thoughtful, consistent, and focused on long-term improvement rather than just temporary relief.
