Jeff is absolutely a true professional! He always listens and pays careful attention to every detail giving me the best haircut. I have fine, stick-straight hair, which can be difficult to blend layers (based on past experience), but Jeff’s experience and technical skills always proves to be top notch. Jeff is very talented with color and his experience shows. I like a natural look, and he would always enhance my natural color making it look beautiful, but not overdone. In a nutshell, Jeff delivers masterful technique with genuine client care.

I went here to get some highlights to lighten my hair a bit and was nervous at first because it was my first time ever dying my hair! Sean made me feel reassured and he clearly had a lot of knowledge to help me understand how he will ensure my hair did not come out orange (that was a big fear I had). After he worked his magic I am happy to say I am thrilled with the result, I got exactly what I wanted based on the pictures I showed him. I am so happy and cannot recommend Sean enough. I also got some layers as well and feel very happy with them especially because he was able to maintain my length. Thank you Sean, I will be back!

I had a hair appointment on the 23 of April with Nick Pappas, Who has been doing my hair over seven years. When I went into the Salon the atmosphere was awesome, He knew exactly what I wanted and him and his assistant accomplished it. Everyone else in the salon was very friendly and very welcoming. I will definitely be returning. This is a awesome Swan to go to.

I had an appointment for highlights with Dusty and was initially excited because the stylist seemed positive, saying, “Your hair looks awful, let’s make it beautiful and pretty.” Said I will be very happy after the job is done. However, after sitting in the chair for 20 minutes, he came back and told me he wasn’t comfortable working on my hair without explaining why. This was completely unexpected, as he had already agreed to the service and had not mentioned any concerns beforehand. It was disappointing and unprofessional to be turned away after the appointment had already started.
A stylist should assess a client’s hair before confirming the service, not change their mind midway. This completely ruined my day and my plans, leaving me very disappointed
