It’s been a few years but I figure I’d write a review here. I brought a Fendi runway dress shirt to be cleaned and they cut all the fringe off. I was so appalled and they did nothing to compensate for it. Also, brought an Hermes dress shirt and they replaced the buttons with LV ones. I had to go back to the Hermes boutique and thankfully they accommodated but I do not recommend to come here if you need anything expensive or delicate dry cleaned. Margaret’s does a slightly better job but still not the best. I recommend only hand wash at home.
Service was slow, meaning now same day or even next day service, which I could forgive. But when one of my blazers didn't come back with my other items I was told there was a stubborn stain (of which I didn't remember seeing when I left it). After THREE weeks of telling me come back, come back, not ready, not ready...I finally demanded to know the issue. Then (and only then) was I told my blazer had been damaged and we were waiting on the tailor to get around to fixing it. If that didn't take the cake, when I arrived a month later to retrieve...I was still charged for the cleaning. Unbelievable and won't be back!
Terrible!!! RUINED MY SILK DRESS!!! Do not bring your silk to this place unless you want it ruined! I brought my brand new silk dress that was worn only once and got a small stain in front. I don't know what they did to it, but my new dress looks like it's ready to be thrown out. It's glossy silk and it looks like they scratched it. I attach photos. I don't understand positive reviews. They must be sponsored something.
