You must go to Sophia newtons class, best one I’ve been too in a long time. Great experience at the studio, nice staff, very welcoming and overall fantastic environment. Highly recommend going too a class soon.

I can't recommend CorePower Yoga enough! The atmosphere is always so welcoming, and the instructors really know how to create an energizing yet calming experience. Alexis, in particular, is amazing! Her classes are both challenging and fun, and she has such a positive energy that keeps you motivated throughout the entire session. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, Alexis ensures everyone feels comfortable while pushing you to be your best. I always leave her class feeling stronger and more centered.
