We have used ComForCare for 24/7 care for my elderly mom for many years. Brian has consistently provided the highest level of service and care. Any time there is an issue of any kind, he is on it. He communicates very well, and always interacts personally with his clients. He is always available, and gets right back to me with a solution. We have been very happy with his caregivers as well. He takes the time to know every one of them well, and really makes an effort to get the perfect fit for every client. He handles everything with grace, and is always calm and pleasant. I travel a lot these days, but can rest assured that my mom is in good hands.
We used ComForCare for over seven years. Brian and his team were flexible as mom's care needs increased over time. The caregivers were all compassionate, professional, and caring. The team at ComForCare supported mom to the end and allowed her to stay in her home, which was her desire.
ComForCare has been a blessing for our family. We used Brian's service when my Dad was ill and recently used them again for Mom. Brian's staff of care givers are very professional, compassionate and create lovely relationships with their client. In both of our situations, Brian was quick to respond to our needs and worked to provide us with the needed support.
