I have my Business Insurance and Commercial Auto Insurance with Business Insurance California and I definitely experienced a great customer service. Once I have any questions regarding my Insurance policy, I call Barry, he is always a pleasant and knowledgeable and explains my policies in details.

This was a great insurance experience, I have to say Shawn Nelson helped me out tremendously. I've been shopping around and and not have any luck finding my Insurance needs, these other companies are so Robotic, it drives me crazy. When I talked with Shawn she really seemed to care about what I needed and did everything she could to get me what I wanted. She was very upfront and at the same time very personable, she took care of me like Knowone ever has.
