As a 20 year client of Basin Strret Hair and the magnificent Sima, I can tell you, 5 stars are warranted!! I drive from Laguna Hills to Newport Beach every 4 weeks for an update on color and a cut every other time. The level of service and the quality of work is worth the drive and the loyalty. Sima uses some of the best products on the market as well. I have referred multiple friends over the years who have also come to love Sima and Monica and Basin Street Hair. The Salon itself is beautiful, clean, and accommodating if you'd like to enjoy a snack, or even a lovely glass of wine while you're enjoying your service. Sima has been cutting my hair for years and she does an amazing job every time. The salon is clean and inviting and sima is always smiling. I can't recommend this place enough.
My teenage daughter recently came in for her second haircut with Sima, and she really appreciated the care and attention Sima put into her curly hair. Sima is so talented and has a warm, positive energy that makes the whole experience enjoyable. My daughter left feeling confident and happy with her look. We’re so glad we found her.
