We had new asphalt installed and water was flowing into our building instead of away from our building and caused damage.It never got remedied.We called Pete at America Pro Design, and he came out several times and we finally agreed upon a solution.Once we settled on a cost, Pete never approached us for any additional fees.His team put in a concrete flowline (and an extra asphalt flowline at no extra cost) to ensure the water flowed off the property correctly.America Pro executed the job in very tough conditions of sandy soil.We were completely satisfied with all the work that was done and Pete and his team communicated throughout the whole process. We called America Pro Design to estimate seal coating and asphalt maintenance in our parking lot. They evaluated the lot and we agreed upon a solution of some areas of new asphalt, seal coat and striping. Once we settled on a cost, Pete never approached us for any additional fees. We were completely satisfied with all the work that was done and Pete and his team communicated throughout the whole process.
I have known Peter for 61 years, we have owned a business together, worked construction together, and played sports together. I have not used his company as of yet, but I certainly will use it when I have the need. I know him to be a good and trustworthy friend. We all have friends that we enjoy hanging with, but really wouldn’t trust to work on are homes or anything else. Peter is a man I would trust to do the work I needed done. I would trust him with my life. That pretty much sums it up in my opinion.
