Great experience having HOTCO install a tankless hot water system in our house. Everyone at HOTCO was professional and courteous. Pricing was good as well. The negative feedback is related to the drywall repair. I specifically mentioned, during the estimate process, that I wanted all holes repaired. Repairing the holes during the installation would have been best, but afterwards is better than nothing. Well, I got the nothing. Now I need to find a drywall contractor.
This company was flawless. Good price, lightning fast responses, and got my water heater installed literally within hours of contact. I simply couldn't ask for more, especially after having bad experiences in the past (like a crew of 3 managed to dent my new water heater lifting it to the platform). Azby did the whole job alone in less than 3 hours with no problems. It looks great, and meets all of California's ridiculous codes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate of my OCD needs to have everything look nice (I did some touch up painting while the old water heater was removed). I provided him a new recirculating pump which he happily installed for me. It's so nice to have everything working again with no leaks! I can understand why they have so many good reviews.
