We had a Cocateil that was attacked by our cat and my kids were frantic. It seem like nobody in the area takes an emergent or urgent need into account nowadays. We were turned away by several veterinarians in the San Fernando Valley. After calling Newbury Park veterinary clinic they excepted us and we were relieved to work with Dr. Coscarelli. What a compassionate man! The nurses, technicians, and front office. Staff were all incredibly compassionate and polite, taking our concerns seriously and understanding how much we love our pet. She has recovered from her injuries, and we are so grateful.

After a couple years of hoping our vet would be as good as we remembered I made the decision to try a new place for our beloved animals. First up was our Berger Picard, Dutch. I called for check up and vaccine updates, they were able to get me in 2 business days which was fantastic. The front end staff was good natured and funny on the phone but even better in person. The nurse that weighed our dog and took us to the exam room gave our boy multiple treats to help relax him and gather any relevant info. I've been to a few vets in Ventura county and this is definitely one one of the best. I go to Dr. Lookingbill and she is really great. I like the vet techs and the front desk. They can get really busy so sometimes you have to wait or it's hard to get through on the phone but it's usually not too bad.
