“Where do I start - Overall the visit was exactly as expected. Wait time was minimal, the staff was very efficient and friendly. I used Dr. K, also in camarillo for the last 8 years or so of Stormy's life and he was very good also. After I had to have Stormy put down, it was too hard to go back. I tried Dr Battier and every visit has been very proffessional and the staff is very friendly. They also have several Vet's there so it is generally easy to get an appointment. On this appointment, Luna needed three medications. Each one was administered easily and fully explained - along with what to look for as far as reaction or possible problem. Luna had no issues. I am very pleased with everything that they have done for us with Luna.“

He found the right meds to give him and now he is good as new. Dr Ravenscroft saved our lab/Great Dane's life by quickly finding internal bleeding and telling us to rush him to a hospital that could do emergency surgery. They have always communicated with us and got us in for appointments when needed. I love the small practice feel that their office has and their dedication to our pets.“

“I want to counteract the one star review left in the Fall of 2023. Dr. Spitzer was just at my house this afternoon to put down our senior dog via Lap of Love. She was wonderful. I met her outside at her car, and we talked a little bit about the decision before she came in and I was able to tell her some details about Rocket. We talked more with her as a family when she came inside. At no point did we feel rushed or that she wasn’t completely gentle with him. She explained everything she was going to do before doing it and then again before she did each step. She was talking to him throughout and she also paid attention to our other dog who was curious/stressed and growling at her. (He stopped growling the minute Rocket passed). I felt the service was excellent and exactly what I had envisioned. At no point did Rocket appear stressed or worried about what was happening.“

“My Mom's cat developed fatty liver, and he became jaundiced. My Mom couldn't afford to pay thousands to keep him at an overnight hospital. We brought him to Dr. Williams, and he worked with my Mom's budget to set up at an at-home treatment regime of IV fluids etc. -- throughout, Dr. Williams was compassionate, and, most importantly, always honest that treatment may not ultimately work to save my Mom's cat. Long story short, my Mom's cat is now healthy and thriving. We ended up transferring all of our cats from Conejo Valley Vet to Dr. Williams because of this experience.“
