I don't have other reference points to compare for martial arts training but Brandon and staff are extremely skilled and very motivated to teach everyone from super beginner to John Wick. I've been there for almost two years now and still look forward to every training session. I never walk out regretting my time there. I'd recommend ICE to both first timers looking to start out in self defense to professional hitmen looking to sharpen their skills for a quick payday. Come check it out!

In my first lesson with Brandon I knew that I finally found my home in learning self defense. After pretty much wasting 20 years in 3 other schools, I finally feel like I found what I have been searching for.
Down to earth, no ego, sincere teaching without any pressure or gimmicks. I plan to soak up everything | can without having to worry about nonsense. The one negative review was probably posted by a rival school. Thank you Brandon for sharing your knowledge with me and helping me better myself. I am very grateful!
