TDS WEST electric installed an electrical panel in our home , a year ago. Pipe from the panel goes thro the roof.
Today ( Nov 13, 2025) due to heavy rains, water from the roof started to leak thro the pipe from the roof and drops of water settled down on the panel inside of our kitchen. We were able to detect the leak because we had open access to our kitchen due to kitchen remodel. Thanks to the rain and open access.

I hired TD West to upgrade my electric panel from 100 AMP to 200 AMP. The old panel was above gas meter, so it had to be moved, and the overhead service drop from PGE needed to be replaced as well to meet current code. Dinh was my main point of contact on the project and was fantastic to work with. Home improvement projects give me a lot of anxiety, and I like to ask lots of questions to understand all the details of what is happening. Dinh patiently answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the project. The project required coordinating with PGE and the city of Oakland for inspections. We hired TD West for electrical panel upgrade found that Dinh and his team were consistently punctual, responsive, and did great work from beginning to end. The business is never pushy and price is very reasonable. I would recommend fully and not hesitate to work with Dinh again.
