Rosemont Family Dental Care is a well-regarded dental practice. They provide a welcoming environment for anxious patients, with kind and knowledgeable doctors who do not pressure patients into unnecessary treatments. The staff, including friendly dental assistants, are patient and accommodating. However, the office itself may be noisy and crowded, and some patients have experienced long wait times and technical issues. Despite these issues, the front office staff and dentists are generally nice and provide quality care.
After so many bad dental experiences, Rosemont Family Dental is a breath of fresh air. Dr. B is incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and never tries to sell you on unneeded treatments. Each of their dental assistants is also friendly and kind, especially Rachelle and Sam. I will never switch offices if I can help it. I get really nervous going into the dentist and they put my mind at ease, including stopping treatment whenever I need to.
Ok office . Loud and crowded . Last visit was really hard . Took a LONG time ( 3 hours ! ) and the old man assistant kept freezing my back tooth , despite being asked many times to STOP . Language barrier . Despite the long and expensive visit the device installed cracked the first week . Figures . Front office are nice . Dentists are nice . That isn't the issue for me .
