Prompt response to my roofing repair request. From phone call to work completion, it took 4 days.Arrived on time and performed necessary work to replace the roof jacks.I had also hired them to seal the first floor roof in 2021 and that has been holding up as well.

Last Friday, the roofer came over multiple times to see interior leaks from the roof. They helped investigate the leaks in our ceiling. He is knowledgable, so we appreciate the input, and they helped us to resolve the issues.

Our roof was leaking badly and it's very important for us to find a roofing company that has strong reputation and customer-friendly. We contacted a few roofing companies, Roofing Doctor was by far the best company because they are knowledgable - they know what's wrong and how to fix it. They also have excellent customer service - they are so busy but yet still managed to keep us posted & finally scheduled a repair date before the heavy rain season started!
