I texted the scheduling person thinking that I was going to have to schedule my appointment weeks in advance (as other places have put me through). It was a cleansing/microdermabrasion facial. The results were great. I know that my face needed it. The lady was very thorough with her extractions. The only reason why I docked a star is that I could hear the conversations from the other room while I was waiting during my face mask. It took away from the experience.
