Kudos to Duke, Debra and the team! Great service, professional installation and great price for our furnace replacement in Los Altos. Duke has once again, delivered all that we could have asked for by a service professional. We recommend this company without reservation.
The first time we called Duke’s about a year and a half ago, was for a general service on the heater we had such a great experience. So when we needed a heater repair this week we knew exactly who to call. Duke’s was able to make it out quickly, was patient to find, and fix our issue to get our heater back up and running. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
If I could give 100 stars I would. Chava came and installed a smart thermostat, he knew exactly what he was doing and made it look so effortless! He even was so nice to install my filter.
