Copeland installed my AC few years ago and I was very very happy about their service. This winter, after having a baby, the AC had an issue where the main unit would heat up. After begging to send someone to check a young guy came, not only did a bad job but caused damage to the house which I was willing to overlook if they will fix the problem. They promised they will send a price quote which never happened and I begged multiple times to fix it fast as I have a young baby at home. It's been few months now, still nothing. Very disappointed
