Super helpful when my iPhone fell into the water I thought it was not salvageable. These guys got phone up fixed, nothing missing, no problems they definitely went above and beyond.
I went to sycamore tech because I had a space bar issue. AJ was very nice and helpful! I made a $100 deposit for the keyboard replacement, and he tried to find me replacement keyboard but unfortunately, I understand how hard it was for my keyboard replacement to be found without missing parts. AJ was very transparent and would answer my calls and even call me with his own updates such as obtaining the part, realizing some parts missing, and telling how he couldn't find the part with all the stuff i need for keyboard.
