My family and I loved our experience here. Dr. Pagadala was gentle and explained everything clearly which made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The staff was warm and welcoming and everyone greeted us with eye contact and a smile! The office is bright + feels clean +comfortable. The appointment ran smoothly without feeling rushed at all. Parking is super easy and the location right off the freeway is very convenient in the Bay Area! Dr Pagadala is very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this office!
Doctor P. is the new dentist here after previous doctor left the practice. I’m deathly scared of the dentist but Doctor P. has the most calm and soothing demeanor and treats any cleaning, filling, or procedure with so much care. I’m so glad he’s my dentist and I’ll continue to come here.
I’ve been going to Balentine Dental for years and have always had a great experience. The whole team is genuinely friendly and welcoming, and they really take the time to get to know their patients. They know my whole family by first name, which makes every visit feel comfortable and personal.
After I had my daughter, I started bringing her there for her cleanings too. They’re wonderful with kids. The staff is so patient with her, and they always give her a little toy when she’s done, which makes going to the dentist something she actually looks forward to instead of being scared.
