Adam we can't thank you enough for resolving our irrigation dilemma. You kindly took time out of your day to come to our house and help fix our watering issue. I had my entire irrigation system repaired, upgraded and expanded a year ago after I lost my husband. I have a cottage farm that I now run as an older widow. This year, there are some issues that need repairing - fixing two leaky sprinklers, blowing a line out that appears to be blocked, and moving 3 sprinklers. I have been waiting to be scheduled. It would be one day of work. Not once- but twice- it has been made clear in phone calls and emails- that Weiss prioritizes their commercial accounts above all else. Weiss Landscaping just finished renovating my back lawn. It was inundated with roots from a neighboring tree. They hand dug all the roots out, installed Biobarrier Root Barrier to prevent this from happening again, updated the sprinklers, amended the soil and laid new sod. They did a fantastic job! It looks great. This was not an easy task. Everyone was easy to work with, friendly and professional. They did a great job cleaning up too.
