Keri is very professionally knowledgeable and capable. She completed a through pre-assessment then got right in to progressive therapeutic exercises.
In a relative short period, I was experiencing noticeable improvement. She also provided detailed sheets on home exercises to complete between sessions.

My daughter and I each got a manicure and pedicure at Polished before my daughter’s wedding. Mikaela did a beautiful job and let my daughter try on and choose from a number of different color combos for an exquisite and very natural looking French manicure. She also has a very clean and lovely space surrounded by trees. It was a great experience all around!

I went for a routine cleaning the week before I was having a total knee replacement surgery. My bridge was loose and I had a cavity underneath. At first they wanted me to have it fixed the night before my surgery, I was uncomfortable with the timeline so they were able to fit me in on the same day. I was nervous about my upcoming surgery and Dr Pfaffinger put me at ease. He filled my cavity and had me on my way in less than an hour. I was able to take antibiotics the 5 days prior to my surgery. He was off work for the weekend but he told me if I had any issues I could call him. What a God send! thank you......ps. my surgeon was very happy I had it fixed beforehand.....

My 9 year old son had chronic debilitating stomach pains for two months. After several emergency room visits and a 5 day hospital stay with no answers, we decided to try something different. I tried accupuncture and saw an ENT who gave me a steroid shot through my ear drum, but nothing helped my chronic vertigo.I had never been to a chiropractor but would try anything to be clear headed. Dr Roberts did a maneuver that moved the crystals in the ear labyrinth and I am vertigo free. I am so grateful!
After coming home to a house filled with blood splatter I assumed the worst and thought one of my 6 animals was a goner. I searched the house to find my tiny baby girl Gizmo with blood all over her and a wounded tail. I grabbed her and flew down the hill into town. I called my now old vet and they couldn't fit me in (it was 3pm) but said if I paid $140 I could be seen as an emergency plus any other fees associated with the visit. I was bawling and couldn't understand why the fee was so expensive. I hung up and went straight to Four Paws. They took my sweet baby straight away and helped her immediately. I was frantic and a complete mess, everyone including Jessica was so comforting and eased my fears! I went to the this vet office because I knew Dr.Lester and had complete trust she could save my cat. I don't know why I ever went to any other office and thinking back I should have been bringing all my animals here. From now on I will only go to Dr Lester! We may have to amputate her tail but she had an alternative with a special dose of medicine to help Gizmos pain for a month! We are going to be monitoring her and going back in three weeks for a follow up. I am a trusted and loved pet sitter in the community, and not only will Dr Lester be the only vet I recommend, she will be forever in my thoughts and prayers. I absolutely love this place, don't even try the other offices in town. They way overcharge and won't be as helpful in an emergency as Four Paws! All the staff there were amazing, and we will tell the whole world about our awesome experience there!

Chula is a master at massage! My husband recently went to her and he can be a bit picky on who works on him but has been raving about her magic since their session. She has a very in tune touch and was able to work out some kinks that he has been complaining about for months. Thank you Chula!
Came to see Karri as a recommendation from our family chiropractor and instantly gained insight on my babies body. Karri was gentle and thorough with my new born, she is knowledgeable and kind. I have seen significant improvements in my babies comfort level, digestion, little kinks in shoulders and hips and overall well being. Seeing her twice a week in the early weeks really helped and as we became consistent we were able to taper down to once per week.

Anne at Sierra Massage Therapy Center really helped me after an injury resulted in frozen shoulder. She has the knowledge and experience to assist the body into more flexibility and healing. Plus Anne taught me how to use KT tape to support my shoulder after massage treatments and during healing.
My range of motion is now nearly 100% and I have been back to the gym for several months and doing fine!

She will listen to what your issues are and address them accordingly. I can't say enough great things about her professional capabilities. I have had many sessions with her over the years in Nevada City, The Center for Radiant Health and in Grass Valley where she performed craniosacral therapies, massages, and reflexology on various problem areas on my body. She is a knowledgeable therapist.
Highly skilled bodywork! I have to update my review. I’ve been seeing Happy for years and this week I had another session while experiencing nerve pain in my hips causing difficulty walking. Since then I’ve slept through the night for the first time in a long time. My hips haven’t had any nerve pain since and I’m ready to restart my yoga practice!! This is after having medical and medication treatment by my doctor which provided little relief.
