I had a fantastic experience with this repair shop and wanted to share just how above-and-beyond their service was.
We came in with a tricky situation—a bike rack that had effectively been welded onto our vehicle over time. It wasn’t a simple removal, but they approached it with real care, patience, and expertise. They took the time to do it right, making sure nothing was damaged in the process, and the end result was flawless.
On top of that, we had been dealing with a noisy air conditioner in our van that no one had been able to figure out. They dug into the issue and discovered the root cause: the AC filter was completely clogged with a mouse nest. Not exactly a pleasant surprise, but they handled it professionally and got everything cleaned out and working properly again.
It’s rare to find a shop that combines problem-solving skills with genuine attention to detail and customer care. We’re incredibly grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Keri is very professionally knowledgeable and capable. She completed a through pre-assessment then got right in to progressive therapeutic exercises.
In a relative short period, I was experiencing noticeable improvement. She also provided detailed sheets on home exercises to complete between sessions.
I have been to numerous PT’s over time and Keri clearly ranks at the top level. If you have the need, give her a try, you won’t do better.

My daughter and I each got a manicure and pedicure at Polished before my daughter’s wedding. Mikaela did a beautiful job and let my daughter try on and choose from a number of different color combos for an exquisite and very natural looking French manicure. She also has a very clean and lovely space surrounded by trees. It was a great experience all around!

I went for a routine cleaning the week before I was having a total knee replacement surgery. My bridge was loose and I had a cavity underneath. At first they wanted me to have it fixed the night before my surgery, I was uncomfortable with the timeline so they were able to fit me in on the same day. I was nervous about my upcoming surgery and Dr Pfaffinger put me at ease. He filled my cavity and had me on my way in less than an hour. I was able to take antibiotics the 5 days prior to my surgery. He was off work for the weekend but he told me if I had any issues I could call him. What a God send! thank you......ps. my surgeon was very happy I had it fixed beforehand.....
Nevada City Smiles is great and Doctor Mark Brown is my go-to dentist whenever I have a real problem I need help with. They don’t take my insurance but the help I get here is so worth paying out of pocket! His office is distant from where I live but I don’t care. Dr. Brown has helped me with many situations that I trusted to nobody else! The staff are all wonderful too! I highly recommend them for all your dental needs!

My family and I came to Maria just before my third baby was born.The care we Have received has been spectacular, we truly admire her approach and sensible manner. Maria is a great listener who just calms me down, and cheers me up. She is a well of knowledge, which constantly inspires me to learn more as well. I believe that I truly had an amazing Support team in my postpartum journey partially due to frequent visits to her where I could get seen, my baby, husband and other two kiddos. We come to her as a family as soon as anything big happens … a fall … after an illness, ear aches, headaches, and recovery after workouts, the children’s big feelings, or tantrums… I always feel recharged and brought to balance after visits. Can’t forget to mention Her husband and her front desk manager who also always take care of us too, our whole family so that way Mama can get her adjustment and always feel safe with the kiddos in the lobby room playing. I highly recommend Dr. Maria!

After coming home to a house filled with blood splatter I assumed the worst and thought one of my 6 animals was a goner. I searched the house to find my tiny baby girl Gizmo with blood all over her and a wounded tail. I grabbed her and flew down the hill into town. I called my now old vet and they couldn't fit me in (it was 3pm) but said if I paid $140 I could be seen as an emergency plus any other fees associated with the visit. I was bawling and couldn't understand why the fee was so expensive. I hung up and went straight to Four Paws. They took my sweet baby straight away and helped her immediately. I was frantic and a complete mess, everyone including Jessica was so comforting and eased my fears! I went to the this vet office because I knew Dr.Lester and had complete trust she could save my cat. I don't know why I ever went to any other office and thinking back I should have been bringing all my animals here. From now on I will only go to Dr Lester! We may have to amputate her tail but she had an alternative with a special dose of medicine to help Gizmos pain for a month! We are going to be monitoring her and going back in three weeks for a follow up. I am a trusted and loved pet sitter in the community, and not only will Dr Lester be the only vet I recommend, she will be forever in my thoughts and prayers. I absolutely love this place, don't even try the other offices in town. They way overcharge and won't be as helpful in an emergency as Four Paws! All the staff there were amazing, and we will tell the whole world about our awesome experience there!

Todd has gotten to places in my body that I have braced and held tense for years if not decades! I have gone to many other bodyworkers that helped regulate my nervous system but didn't get into the deep layers of my body where I hold trauma. I have also received deep tissue work in which I felt like I had to brace against the practitioner. But not with Todd.
I feel ever so grateful to have found him! He is extremely thoughtful, grounded and highly intuitive. My painbody gives a sigh of relief every session and I feel my body armor melting more and each time!!
Karri has been treating me on and off for more than 10 years.
She has treated me for shoulder, head and neck pain/discomfort from general wear and tear as well as for sport related injuries and DIY projects. She also helped with my recovery from gall bladder surgery.
Karri is able to quickly identify where to work her magic - it is obvious to me that she has an inate gift - and I leave her treatment room knowing that I've had an effective treatment.

Anne at Sierra Massage Therapy Center really helped me after an injury resulted in frozen shoulder. She has the knowledge and experience to assist the body into more flexibility and healing. Plus Anne taught me how to use KT tape to support my shoulder after massage treatments and during healing.
My range of motion is now nearly 100% and I have been back to the gym for several months and doing fine!

Marjorie is an excellent, professional caregiver. I have never been with another provider with more patience, skillful experience or one who possesses a more sincere caring nature. She will listen to what your issues are and address them accordingly. I can't say enough great things about her professional capabilities. I have had many sessions with her over the years in Nevada City, The Center for Radiant Health and in Grass Valley where she performed craniosacral therapies, massages, and reflexology on various problem areas on my body. She is a knowledgeable therapist.
Highly skilled bodywork! I have to update my review. I’ve been seeing Happy for years and this week I had another session while experiencing nerve pain in my hips causing difficulty walking. Since then I’ve slept through the night for the first time in a long time. My hips haven’t had any nerve pain since and I’m ready to restart my yoga practice!! This is after having medical and medication treatment by my doctor which provided little relief.
