Nevada City Smiles is great and Doctor Mark Brown is my go-to dentist whenever I have a real problem I need help with. They don’t take my insurance but the help I get here is so worth paying out of pocket! His office is distant from where I live but I don’t care. Dr. Brown has helped me with many situations that I trusted to nobody else! The staff are all wonderful too! I highly recommend them for all your dental needs!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Brown! I’ve had a lot of dental work done over the years, so I’ve become pretty discerning about who I trust with my teeth—and Dr. Brown truly stands out. He is incredibly gentle, skilled, and personable. He recently went out of his way to help me with an urgent issue involving a dental implant, and I was so impressed by how accommodating and compassionate he was, even outside of typical hours.
