“Nevada City Smiles is great and Doctor Mark Brown is my go-to dentist whenever I have a real problem I need help with. They don’t take my insurance but the help I get here is so worth paying out of pocket! His office is distant from where I live but I don’t care. Dr. Brown has helped me with many situations that I trusted to nobody else! The staff are all wonderful too! I highly recommend them for all your dental needs!“

“I went for a routine cleaning the week before I was having a total knee replacement surgery. My bridge was loose and I had a cavity underneath. At first they wanted me to have it fixed the night before my surgery, I was uncomfortable with the timeline so they were able to fit me in on the same day. I was nervous about my upcoming surgery and Dr Pfaffinger put me at ease. He filled my cavity and had me on my way in less than an hour. I was able to take antibiotics the 5 days prior to my surgery. He was off work for the weekend but he told me if I had any issues I could call him. What a God send! thank you......ps. my surgeon was very happy I had it fixed beforehand.....“
