“We had such a great experience at my daughter’s first dentist appointment! She was pretty nervous and shy, so I wasn’t sure how it was going to go. The staff were so patient and sweet with her. They had even asked ahead of time about some of her favorite things so they could connect with her when she came in, which I thought was really thoughtful.
They gave her a little prize right away, which definitely helped get her excited. They were also very understanding when she wasn’t comfortable doing something and never made her feel pressured when I asked if we could skip that part.
They really made her first dentist visit as comfortable and un-scary as possible, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I’m so thankful for how kind and patient everyone was with her. We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience!”
