Harmony Ridge Healing is a sacred and transformational space for deep healing. The serene studio, on the edge of deep woods, is beautiful and peaceful. The work is an exceptional alchemy of techniques, combining Reiki, intuitive bodywork, and therapeutic stretching into a profound experience. It is far beyond a relaxing massage. The sessions provide deep healing that goes beyond the body, addressing emotional weight and chronic tension. The energy clearing bodywork clears what is stuck emotionally, physically, and spiritually, leading to a deep release and lasting clarity. Clients experience cathartic releases, feel their chakras open and clear, and achieve a profound sense of clearing. The guidance includes powerful breath work. Post-session, individuals feel grounded, lighter, cleared, expanded, and more connected to themselves. They feel deeply held, safe, and comfortable enough to let go. I had the Deep Immersion Experience with Ryan at Harmony Ridge Healing, and it was absolutely incredible. The session was beautifully intentional, beginning with intention setting, moving into chakra clearing, and then into a powerful blend of fascial release and massage bodywork.
I’ve had many fascial bodywork sessions and massages over the years, but this was the first time I’ve experienced the two combined so seamlessly. It was amazing to feel such a deep reset in my fascia while also receiving the relaxation and grounding of massage. My body felt lighter, more open, and deeply supported afterward.

Ryan is a true Gem in Nevada County! What a unique experience I had two days ago… and I’m still feeling the benefits physically and spiritually. I went for the full experience and I am so glad I did!
