I went here months back, I asked for layers and they completely ruined my hair. I’ve always had long thick hair and after this my hair is extremely thin and has not grown back after months. Horrible service and she was really insistent that i should get shorter layers that it would look “good” on me and I wasn’t able to say no. For the high price that I payed just to ruin my hair. Do not recommend.

I was having a bad day and I walked in to see if anyone could take me. Ana was super welcoming and very sweet. She said she had some time before an appt. I love my haircut and I feel alot better. I will definitely be coming back.

I am a first timer and I recommend Nydia and their owner Ana on their expertise and professionalism! My hair came out better than expected! Everything was perfect! i am a lifer and so are my daughter's! Highly recommend this on their value and knowledge!

LOVE coming here feels so cozy and staff is so welcoming !!! My girl is MINA she knows my hair knows what to do with it and HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER !!!! If you want good stuff done with your hair this is the place to come to and she is the one I RECOMMEND I give it a 5 STAR ALL THE WAY !!!

I have been going to Trendy Chic for nearly a year and continually have a positive experience. The salon is clean and organized. My stylist Minna is awesome! She works with my busy schedule and my hair is always beautiful after a visit and I get ton of compliments following a visit. Love her!!

Had 10 am appt. First got there & was told Ana was on the way. Waited 50 mins very patiently (with my chronic back pains) & finally asked another stylist, who then called her.Ana then called me, saying she had an er but also thought I was scheduled for later. Positive points for her though, to confess she forgot about me. Sure I feel bad for her er situation & hope all goes well, but there's enough technology to keep track of business appointments.I once loved this place because Ana is very knowledgeable, but today my feelings were really hurt. She wanted to accommodate me at a later time, but I have too much to do & I've lost confidence. Plus, how would I then feel I could tip her well.So, I had to struggle to find somewhere else last minute, on a Monday (when many salons are closed). I was in tears because I have so much going on & have to go out of town tomorrow. I just wanted to get my hair done so that it would be one less care, but now I'm more stressed.I pray Ana can get better management of her scheduling & professionalism growth, to know to inform staff if she does have an er.
