At this clinic, I had the most horrible experience in my life. After my second session I got unbearable pain on my back that I couldn’t sleep for 4 nights in spite of taking strong narcotic medication. I can’t forgive them for what they did for me. I stopped Acupuncture therapy forever although I was hoping it may give me some relief from my back pain.

After only 1 treatment my back ack was gone! My sister's therapist recommended acupuncture and I told her to come to this one and her depression depleted tremendously! Dr. Ticzon was so caring and I saw a wall of all her accomplishments and it is years of schooling and experience! It's always clean and a beautiful experience to be treated with a woman with motherly hands.

I have been to Dr. Ticzon many times in the past for various issues. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and back pain being some. Every time Dr Ticzon would always ask me how I was feeling and if I was sleeping ok due to the pain I was experiencing. After each session I would feel so much better and very relaxed. I would always have a good nights rest following an appointment. The pain was better since the first appointment. I have recommended her every time someone talks about Acupunture. I will definitely be making another appointment soon.

I had 6 visits approved for acupuncture and then needed an assessment to be provided to insurance carrier by Dr Ticzon for additional treatment. She took over 3 weeks to provide this information. The delay interrupted my treatment and was detrimental to my condition. I had to call ASH to find out she caused this delay as they approved more sessions 2 days after they finally got the info from her. Very unprofessional and quite frankly lazy work ethic. I would never use her service again. Why would it take 2 weeks or more to submit a report that she wrote in my presence on my last visit. Extremely disappointed in her lazy lack of professionalism. Try somewhere else.

I had years of lower back pain due to giving birth and getting the epidural. I tried going to several chiropractors and getting massages everywhere but the pain kept coming back. I was skeptical with acupuncture and kind of scared because of the needles, but I couldn't handle my back pain anymore. I decided to give it a try. Lourdes was very friendly and explained everything as she was putting the needles in each point. No pain at all during the session and it was very relaxing ! Have not had any lower back pain ever since ! Even during the winter. I definitely recommend this place.

I will not get into it too much but this place has terrible bedside/patient care. Let's just say you can tell who really cares and who just wants to get paid. With that said, I requested to be sent somewhere else.

I was referred to Ticzon Acupuncture through my workers comp company for injury to my shoulder blade and arm. On my first visit, Lourdes explained what her treatment was going to be. She is very reassuring about healing your injury and discomfort. After the first initial treatment, my pain was minimal. She was honest about the pain returning after 2-3 hours. I now have been to my fourth treatment and I do notice improvements in my injury. I would definitely recommend Lourdes for effective acupuncture treatment.
