I’ve had a great experience with my insurance company. Their customer service has always been helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make the process stress-free. I truly appreciate their support and would definitely recommend them to others.
They’ve been my insurance broker for the past 4 years but unfortunately because of the turmoil with insurances in California, we had to find a new company. Throughout the 4 years they were great and after an accident last year everything went smoothly with the insurance company they recommended. My review however is based more so on our interactions after we were no longer their clients. I found out I had an issue with AAA and they were trying to charge me a $750 fee unless I could prove I had insurance last year. Fernando was able to assist me and get me the paperwork needed asap since that specific time frame was the only one I had no paperwork for. We had every contract dating back to 2019 but nothing for the 6 month span that I required. This spoke highly of not only Fernando but the company as well because prior to this every agent had been a pleasure to deal with but even after losing us as clients Fernando was still able to assist me and get me the paperwork within a few hours. I rarely leave reviews but I had a busy day and forgot to check back with him later that same day and to my surprise he had emailed the paperwork over within an hour of our conversation. We are located in Riverside and stayed with them because they are great! Although we couldn’t continue with them anymore I hope this review helps others. For those wondering it’s 3 of us on a policy and 6 vehicles so most companies find it hard to insure us.
