They’ve been my insurance broker for the past 4 years but unfortunately because of the turmoil with insurances in California, we had to find a new company. Throughout the 4 years they were great and after an accident last year everything went smoothly with the insurance company they recommended. My review however is based more so on our interactions after we were no longer their clients. I found out I had an issue with AAA and they were trying to charge me a $750 fee unless I could prove I had insurance last year. Fernando made it very easy to get coverage. I called from the car dealer as a new customer and 30 minutes later I had the coverage I needed. Very reasonable rates and no extra fees. I'm satisfied with service. ??
