These are pictures of all the areas and spots dirty: The Carpets not vaccummed dirts in backboards; backboards dirty; dirty outside Mitch cabinets; ALL WINDOWS AND SILL DIRTY; and other uncleaned areas which were supposed to be cleaned. They dared to charge me $657.00 for a deep clean , the attached pictures speak for themselves! VERY POOR SERVICE AND LYING CUSTOMER SVC, Gracie and Josyln I'm very disappointed VERY!!!
We are extremely impressed with Elite Cleaning Service. We often need a high volume of offices cleaned in a condensed time period, and they always meet and exceed our expectations. They are quick to respond to our cleaning requests. In the rare cases where they accidentally overlook something, they happily come back to the site rectify the problem. They have high standards for their staff - demanding reliability and high quality, honest workers. We really enjoy working with them.
Elite Cleaning Service has been an amazing addition to us. Their staff is always on time and have the best customer service ever! They all work so hard and are more than willing to help out in any situation, even when it's unexpected. Whenever we have emergency cases where employees are needed (such as the big fires in San Diego), Elite Cleaning Service sends their staff right away. They have been an amazing company to work with and we are happy to say that we are extremely joyful to work with them. If you have any doubts, just allow them come in and test them out, whether at your office or commercial place. I can already guarantee that you will be exhilarated!
